We do not run permanent sales, and we do not raise a price in order to reduce it. A book is here for one of three reasons: we bought too many, the copy has a bumped corner or a sun-faded spine, or the publisher is reissuing it and we would rather clear the old edition than pulp it.
Damaged copies are marked with what is wrong with them. The text is always complete; that is the only condition we insist on.
